CIE DID SAPANO

Cie Did Sapano is a contemporary dance company founded in 2023 by Antonin Mélon and Jérôme Février. Today, it is a collective of four dancers and choreographers: Semina Rizou, Eloïse Ginestar, Antonin Mélon, and Jérôme Février.

 

Drawing on science, technology, and politics, the Did Sapano Company subverts and transforms the various contexts wich movement can occur with humor and self-deprecation. The company relies in particular on the use of movement, text, and voice. It seeks to create new narratives in order to explore the absurdity of our current society and to find meaning within ourselves through our internal contradictions.

 

The company's activities are mainly concentrated in Belgium, France, and Switzerland.
